Returns & Refund Policy

At The Ark of Extinction Shop, we take great pride in the quality and care put into each piece. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.




1. Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your item.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).




2. Items Not Eligible for Return


We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or limited edition prints (unless damaged or defective).

• Digital downloads or non-physical items.

• Items returned without prior contact.




3. How to Request a Return


To initiate a return, email us at arkofextinction@outlook.com with the following:

• Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

• Reason for return

• Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect


We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.




4. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Send clear photos of the damage or issue.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.




5. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.


If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.




6. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

• We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for lost returns.




7. Exchanges


We currently only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error.
